1. Scope of this agreement
West Coast Crafts ("The Seller") agrees to sell, and wholesale customer ("The Buyer") agrees to purchase, hand-poured, Beeswax candles and related products (the "Products") at wholesale prices, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. About Westcoastcrafts’ Products
The Seller’s candles are carefully handmade in small batches.
As an artisan product, slight variations in appearance may be part of their unique character.
3. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is typically 45% of the Seller’s Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”).
From time to time, wholesale prices may be reviewed, however the Seller will always give ample, advance notice to the Buyer of any price adjustments to the Buyer.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping details will be mutually agreed as part of the order.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, the Seller cannot be responsible for courier or postal delays once the order has been dispatched by the Seller.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the Buyer within 2 days of order placement with the Seller with full refund payable by the Seller. After this time, unfortunately cancellations cannot be accepted.
6. Damages & Issues
If any items arrive damaged, please notify the Seller within 48 hours of receipt, including photos where possible.
Replacements or credit will be offered where appropriate.

Please note that as these are wholesale orders, returns for unsold goods are not accepted.
7. Selling the Products, Retailer Support & Local Exclusivity
Retailers are kindly asked to respect the brand and price products similar to the Seller's pricing, thereby supporting a consistent customer experience.
The Seller values building thoughtful, long-term relationships with Buyers.
Where possible, the Seller aims to avoid placing products in multiple nearby retail outlets to the Buyer. While full exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed, any concerns about local, retailer overlap can be discussed openly and in good faith.
8. Care, Handling & Safety Information
Each product is supplied with candle care and safety information.
For the safety of customers and to protect the integrity of the Products, this information must not be removed, altered, or omitted when the product is displayed or sold.
The Seller is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper handling, burning, or storage of the products by the Buyer or final customer.
9. Brand & Intellectual Property
All product designs, names, and branding remain the property of the Seller and may not be copied, altered, or reproduced without written consent from The Seller.
10. Ending the partnership
Either party may end this agreement at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other party.
11. Irish Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Both parties agree to act in good faith and in line with applicable Irish business and consumer legislation, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
