1. Scope of this agreement
West Coast Crafts ("The Seller") agrees to sell, and wholesale customer ("The Buyer") agrees to purchase, hand-poured, Beeswax candles and related products (the "Products") at wholesale prices, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. About Westcoastcrafts’ Products
The seller's candles are carefully handmade in small batches.
As an artisan product, slight variations in appearance may form part of their unique character.
As beeswax is a natural material, subtle variations in colour, texture, scent, dimensions,weight,or surface appearance – including the natural development of bloom over time – may occur and are considered part of the product's character.
3. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is set by the Seller and provided via the current wholesale price list.
From time to time, wholesale prices may be reviewed. The Seller will provide reasonable, advance notice of any pricing adjustmjents.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed via the wholesale portal at www.westcoastcrafts.com.
Wholesale orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. The Seller accepts Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Lead times are communicated depending on order size, seasonal demand, and studio production schedule.
As products are handcrafted in small batches, lead times may vary throughout the year.
For larger or custom orders, additional lead time may apply. Any expected delays will be communicated openly and in good faith.
In the event of illness, supply disruption, material shortages, or circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control, timelines may require adjustment.
5. Delivery
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping details will be mutually agreed as part of the order.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, the Seller cannot be held responsible for courier or postal delays once the order has been dispatched.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the Buyer within 2 days of order placement, with a full refund payable by the seller.
After this time, cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.
7. Damages & Issues
If anyitems arrived damaged, please notify the seller within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs where possible.
Replacements or credit will be offered where approprite.

As these are wholesale orders, returns for unsold goods are not accepted.
8. Retail Presentation
Retailers are kindly encouraged to respect the brand and price products similar to the Seller's pricing, thereby supporting a consistent customer experience.
9. Retailer Support & Local Exclusivity
The Seller's values building thoughtful, long-term relationships with Buyers.
Where possible, the Seller aims to avoid placing products in multiple nearby retail outlets. While full exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed, any concerns regarding local overlap may be discussed openly and in good faith.
10. Care, Handeling & Safety Information
Each product is supplied with care, handling, and safety information.
For the safety of customers and to protect the integrity of the Products, this information must not be removed, altered, or omitted when the product is displayed or sold.
The seller is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper handling, burning, or storage of the products by the Buyer or final customer.
11. Brand & Intellectual Property
All product designs, names, and branding remain the property of the seller and may not be copied, altered, or reproduced.
12. Ending the Agreement
Either party may end this agreement at any time giving 30 days' written notice to the other party.
13. Irish Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Both parties agree to act in good faith and in line with applicable Irish business and consumer legislation, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
